Lic. Roberto Valencia García
Manager
With a passion for our culture, Mr. Valencia belongs to an intellectual and political family well-known in Cusco. As a management graduate, he developed tourism and cultural jobs.
An accomplished musician, he plays drums and wind instruments of the Andes, has produced music concerts, and participates in many local groups that promote Sikuri, an ancient wind instrument used in old rituals, where reeds blend the notes in harmonious chords.
He also directs and participates in a group of dancers, Sarascha Siclla, that makes the annual pilgrimage to the Lord of Qoyllor Ritty (or the Snow Star), continuing an ancient tradition.
Ana María Milla
Sales Manager
With a degree in management studies, Ms. Milla has produced many different cultural events in Cusco, especially music concerts of Latin American New Song, and folkloric ballet from other Latin American countries.
In the field of tourism, she has worked in sales, ticketing and new products development, has participated in many international travel markets, traveling to USA, and Europe. Has worked with PROMPERU in improving the tourist infrastructure.
She was a member of a panel on tourism organized by Banco Central de Reserva del Peru, a conference on Cusco festivities. She is the creator of Pallay, a line of products with Andean iconography, and a website for promoting local cultural events:

In 2007, she was a Peruvian representative for the buro of American Capital of Culture.
Professor Erwin Salazar Garces
Scientific Director
Professor Salazar is a retired teacher, and has been an astronomer for over 30 years, studying stars, comets and novas. He is member of many astronomic associations:
- AAVSO (Asociación Internacional de Observadores de Estrellas Variables) U.S.A.
- REA (Rede Brasilera de Astronomía).
- LIADA (Liga Iberoamericana de Astronomía) Sede: Argentina.
- Instituto Copérnico (Argentina).
- ALBIREO, RED MIRA y PULSAR de España.
- Instituto Peruano de Astronomía.
- President of Círculo Astronómico Cusco.
- Scientific Director of Planetarium Cusco.
- Collaborator of many published articles on science and technology, both in Peru and in foreign countries.
- Collaborator on articles about astronomy, in general, and archeoastronomy in local newspapers and magazines.
- Participant in astronomy conferences for more than 20 years —more than 300 conferences in high schools and institutes in the Cusco region.
- Student and researcher of Andean archeoastronomy.
